This display allows the user to monitor receiver signal, threshold and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for various AIS targets. By using a local AIS base station as a reference target, the user can note the changes in received SNR for different hardware configurations and antenna placements. The higher the SNR the better.
To make the viewing easier, the data is grouped by Martime Mobile Service Identity (MMSI). The user can also limit the display to a particular target by selecting the target's MMSI and the track option.
