fast growing Occupational Health Clinic engaged The Bellwood Group to
conduct a high-level Operational Assessment and Team Building
Consultation in order to reduce costs and increase productivity.
To
accomplish the desired outcomes, The Bellwood Group interviewed key
physicians, managers and employees; observed the Clinic in action; led
customized coaching sessions for key leaders; and designed and
facilitated work sessions aimed at helping the Clinic team move
forward.
