DIANE K. FASEL
Co-founder and President
Diane
Fasel combines proven management experience and demonstrated leadership
skills to help individuals and organizations effect change improve
business results. With an approach that is non-threatening,
integrity
building and results-oriented, Ms. Fasel is known for her ability to
move people forward.
Ms.
Fasel began her career doing operations research work with U.S. Steel
Corporation. With IBM, Amdahl Corporation and The Institute for
Software Engineering, she held leadership positions in marketing,
sales, service, product development and general management. As a
consultant, Ms. Fasel has worked with clients
in both public and private sectors, and in a variety of industries,
ranging from high tech and manufacturing, to design and construction,
health care, and public service.
Ms.
Fasel is also an author and speaker.
Her book Partnering In
Action offers guidance to business people
for building and sustaining successful collaboration across
organizational boundaries.
Ms. Fasel earned BS (Phi Beta Kappa) and MS Degrees from Purdue
University and an MBA (with Honors) from Santa Clara University.
